Intoxicated

That one day that I loved you
I erased all my thoughts
you took me to your port
where the waves are quiet
In your tower I learned
the fury of your calmness
standing there
where silence is melted
in a white silver flame
I was forged by your word
until we run together
the lustfulness of time
I saw your eternal secret
surrendering to me
as the milk softly flows
from a mother to babe

As the heart opened
the sensors of my body
ran thru all the new gamuts
then, like the rain
which washes clean the morning
all was transformed in sweetness
Now I touch without touching
the objects passing by
as one crossing oneself
as he who calls out mother
as he who loves in silence.
